PHILOSOPHY OF PLEASURE

I have been thinking about this all week, but these thoughts only came this morning.

Pleasure is about doing things which are possible that one finds pleasing, but there is no pleasure if there is no possibility of result, for disappointment is not pleasing. Nor is pleasure about contentment, or humility : but it does not contradict either.

Hedonism possibly leads to the most direct action, but how can a philosophy based on pleasure exist!

Hedonism can lead one to an infant-being who is either jumping with joy, or on the razor edge!

Serious study of pleasure is not possible for it is more about finding pleasing options, it cannot be a way of life. The closest Hedonism can be to a way of life is to follow these few options in one's life!
