Philosophy isn't a subject you would expect to be a favourite with young children.But a Dunvant Primary School teacher is promoting a philosophy course in primary schools across Swansea.

Phil Jenkins is trained to run mentoring programmes for other teachers.

He said: "Following a two-day training course in philosophy for children, teachers are prepared to lead communities of inquiry in their classrooms.
